Every project is different some require architectural plans others do not. If your project requires an architectural plan, Streamline will supply you with a list of reliable architects we have worked closely with on many projects. We will also work with an architect of your choice. After choosing your architect, Streamline will work with you and your architect to ensure that your project not only meets your planning wishes, but will also stay within your budget.

Start organizing for your project...
Streamline will supply their clients with a handbook that will guide them to local reputable retail distributors to find the products they need for their project. Your handbook will also contain a checklist for your personal organization. In your handbook, there are areas to fill in your decisions of siding, roofing, ect. Keep this in a safe spot. In the future for any reason, you will have the color and types of material used on your job.

Starting your project...
Streamline is very proud to say we offer guaranteed completion dates. To accomplish everything in the time set forth by both parties, Streamline will guide you through your project with a calendar schedule of exactly what stage of your job will be taking place at what time.

Finishing your project...
Streamline "punch lists" the job throughout its entirety. Nearing the end of the job, Streamline will walk through the project with the homeowner and create a punch list at this point we will finish all the final touches.

After this point, the decorating begins... ENJOY!!!
